Allemand Die Siedler schicken sich an, dein Herz mit Charme und Spielspaß zu erobern! Die römische Besatzung deines Schiffes verschlägt es dabei auf eine scheinbar unbewohnte Insel. Zum Überleben ist nun eine kluge Planung deinerseits notwendig: Schiffsbauer, Förster und Kundschafter benötigen Nahrung und Baumaterialien. Ackerbau, Viehzucht, Jagd und Fischfang sorgen für das Wohl deines Siedlervolks, während Bergwerke Nachschub an Erzen, Kohle und Gold liefern. Eine florierende Wirtschaft lässt deine neue Siedlung wachsen. Baue Gebäude und verbinde sie mit Straßen. Je klüger du das Wegesystem angelegt, desto effizienter funktioniert nachher die Wirtschaft. Doch vergiss nicht, es lauern überall Gefahren: Dein Inselreich muss natürlich auch militärisch geschützt werden!

Anglais The Settlers is a remake of The Settlers II: Veni, Vidi, Vici for the Nintendo DS.

The premise of the game is set to ancient Rome, with you taking control of the Romans in the main campaign, or additionally the Vikings, Nubian and Asian empires in Free Play mode.

The game works very differently from most general strategy games. Your goal is to reach the gateway at the end of each map, usually hidden amidst the enemy lines. You must build military buildings to expand your borders that you can reach the resources that are initially out of your reach. Eventually reaching the gateway to proceed onto the next level. Your city needs roads to optimize the trade routes and allow different buildings to get the resources they need for production.
Espagnol The Settlers es una nueva versión de The Settlers II: Veni, Vidi, Vici para Nintendo DS.

La premisa del juego se sitúa en la antigua Roma, en la que tú tomas el control de los romanos en la campaña principal o, además, de los imperios vikingo, nubio y asiático en el modo de juego libre.

El juego funciona de manera muy diferente a la mayoría de los juegos de estrategia generales. Tu objetivo es llegar a la puerta de entrada al final de cada mapa, normalmente oculta entre las líneas enemigas. Debes construir edificios militares para expandir tus fronteras para que puedas alcanzar los recursos que inicialmente están fuera de tu alcance.

El juego es casi una recreación 1: 1 del juego original Settlers II, pero agrega algunas cosas nuevas al juego, como nueva música y una nueva GUI para admitir el lápiz óptico.

Le titre vous place à la tête d'une petite colonie qu'il faut développer en concentrant l'essentiel de vos efforts sur la découverte et l'exploitation de nouvelles ressources, puis sur la transformation de matières brutes en denrées plus évoluées. Tout cela au long des deux campagnes solo, ainsi qu'un mode libre.
