Allemand Man spielt Rizing, einen jungen Dämonenjäger, der alles von seinem Meister Red Bear lernt. Während einer Reise nach Alaska, um seinem Mentor zu helfen, kann Rizing einen Unfall mit seinem Boot nicht verhindern und stürzt schwer in eine Schlucht. Dabei erinnert er sich an sein Missgeschick vor einigen Jahren, als er und seine Freunde in New Orleans in der Dunkelheit einer Villa, in der es angeblich spukte, das Erwachen eines mächtigen Dämons miterleben mussten...
Von Inuit gerettet und aufgenommen, entdeckt Rizing sein Schicksal: Er muss alle heiligen Feuer in den ganzen USA löschen und die Dämonen besiegen, die die Apokalypse über die Welt bringen wollen.
So beginnt die bezaubernde und dämonische Suche in diesem mythischen RPG durch das ganze Land, dessen Gesellschaft perfekt karikiert und ständig auf die Schippe genommen wird, mit sehr vielen Anspielungen aller Art.
