Allemand Der Held Maxim und seine Gruppe besiegen die Sinistral am Schicksal Berg. Wie in Lufia II dargestellt, und alles ist friedlich. Mit solch einem großen Frieden werden die Verteidigungskräfte der Welt reduziert. Einhundert Jahre später beginnen Angriffe, angeblich von den Sinistral. Es liegt an dem Nachkommen des Helden und seiner Kindheitsfreundin Lufia, eine neue Heldengruppe zu bilden, um die Welt zu retten. Das Gameplay ist Standard für RPGs, mit Runden-basierten Kämpfen über ein Menü von Icons und zufällige Schlachten. Es gibt auch eine beachtliche Anzahl von Rätzeln in den Dungeons.

Anglais The hero Maxim and his group defeat the Sinistrals on Mt. Doom (as portrayed in Lufia II), and all is peaceful. With such a great peace, the defense forces of the world become lax. One hundred years later attacks begin taking place, supposedly by the Sinistrals. It's up to the descendant of the hero, and his childhood friend Lufia, to form a new band of champions to save the world.
Gameplay is fairly standard for RPGs, with turn-based battling by way of a menu of icons, and random battles. There's also a higher-than-normal emphasis on puzzles within dungeons.
Espagnol Los Sinsitrals, cuatro maestros de Doom, llegaron a esta tierra en su isla flotante hace 100 años. Comenzarás tu búsqueda viajando en el tiempo para unirte en una tremenda batalla contra ellos, y determinarás el resultado. Cuando regrese a la actualidad, usted y Lufia, su acompañante, deben unir fuerzas con otros dos para evitar que los Sinistrales recuperen el control de su mundo. Será una tarea larga y difícil: esta tierra es más grande que la de la mayoría de los juegos de rol. Com toda essa paz, as forças defensivas do mundo ficaram relaxados. Cem anos depois, ataques supostamente vindo dos Sinistrais voltaram a acontecer. Agora cabe ao descendente do herói e sua amiga de infância, Lufia, formar um novo grupo de campeões para salvar o mundo.
