Allemand Die Einführungsszene zeigt die vier Turtles, die sich einen Nachrichtenbericht von April O'Neil über Liberty Island im TV ansehen und entsetzt zusehen müssen, wie Krang die Freiheitsstatue stiehlt.

Die Turtles machen sich sofort auf und verfolgen Shredder und die Foot Gang bis hin zum Technodrome, wo Shredder sie in eine Raum-Zeit-Falle schickt.

Somit startet das Spiel in den Straßen von New York City und zieht sich unter anderem über die prähistorische Geschichte, den Wilden Westen bis hin zu Shredders Stützpunkt im Jahre 2100 in der Zukunft.

Anglais Doesn't this Shredder dude ever take a break? Now he's gone and kidnapped Channel 6's own reporter babe April O' Neill again, and just as the Ninja Turtles were about to kick his butt, he tore open some kinda time portal thingy and flung them back into the past!

Now Leonardo, Raphael, Donatello, and Michaelangelo have to fight their way through time and tons of Foot Soldiers, mutant wackos, and more in order to save April and slam Shredder's butt all the way to Dimension X! Go, Turtles! Kick some shell and save April!
Espagnol Al igual que la máquina recreativa, en esta versión de "El cerebro de la bestia" podremos elegir entre las cuatro tortugas para enfentarnos a las distintas fases. De esta forma, avanzaremos con tortuga selecciona, tortugas si jugamos en el modo de dos jugadores, por los distintos escenarios mientras golpeamos a los enemigos que se nos acerquen. Como en todo beat'em up que se precie, al final de cada nivel nos tendremos que enfrentar al enemigo final de fase, todos ellos sacados directamente de la serie de dibujos animados.

Jouable seul ou avec un ami en coopération, Turtles in Time vous offre la possibilité d'user de vos armes pour défier à nouveau le puissant Shredder (qui a une fois de plus kidnappé April).
Italien Come la macchina arcade, in questa versione di "The Brain of the Beast" possiamo scegliere tra le quattro tartarughe per affrontare le diverse fasi. In questo modo, avanzeremo con tartarughe selezionate, tartarughe se giochiamo nella modalità a due giocatori, attraverso i diversi scenari mentre colpiamo i nemici che si avvicinano a noi. Come in ogni picchiaduro che si rispetti, alla fine di ogni livello dovremo affrontare il nemico finale della fase, tutti presi direttamente dalla serie di cartoni animati.

Agora Leonardo, Raphael, Donatello e Michaelangelo têm que lutar através do tempo e toneladas de soldados de infantaria, malucos mutantes e muito mais para salvar April e bater no traseiro do Destruidor até a Dimensão X! Vá, tartarugas! Chute os inimigos e salve abril!
