A prophet predicts that in seven years a world war started by a mysterious leader will break out. To avoid this, a ruler of the world must be determined in this brawling game with six rulers: Ronald Regan from the USA, Margaret Thatcher from Great Britain, Mikhail Gorbachev from the USSR, PW Botha from South Africa, Ayatollah Khomeini from Iran and Pope John Paul II.

Ce jeu est basé sur l'émission télévisée satirique britannique avec des marionnettes représentant des personnalités politiques et des célébrités. Un prophète annonce qu'une guerre mondiale aura lieu dans sept ans à l'instigation d'un chef mystérieux. Pour éviter cela, un dirigeant du monde doit être désigné dans ce combat impliquant six dirigeants : Ronald Regan aux États-Unis, Margaret Thatcher au Royaume-Uni, Mikhaïl Gorbatchev en URSS, PW Botha en Afrique du Sud, l'ayathollah Khomeini en Iran et le pape Jean-Paul II.
Après avoir choisi votre personnage, vous vous rendez dans le pays de votre adversaire pour vous livrer à un combat au meilleur des trois manches, jugé par la reine Élisabeth II sur un timbre-poste. Vous attaquez chaque adversaire au sol ou en sautant dans les airs et chaque personnage possède un coup spécial comme le coup de tête de Thatcher ou le fouet à barbe de Khomeini. Vous pouvez également appeler deux fois à l'aide un assistant qui lancera un projectile sur votre adversaire.
Si vous parvenez à vaincre les 5 adversaires, vous rencontrerez le mystérieux leader lors d'un affrontement final dans une fosse de combat dans l'obscurité, où vous ne pourrez voir que les yeux des personnages. Vous pouvez également participer à des combats à deux joueurs, l'un contre l'autre sur le même ordinateur.
