Allemand In Goodness Gracious spielst du ein froschähnliches Dinosaurierwesen, das auf einem Einzelbildschirm ein rotes Juwel verteidigen muss – die Quelle seiner Kraft. Wellen feindlicher Lebensformen versuchen, sich das Juwel zu schnappen, indem sie in unterschiedlichen Bahnen über den Bildschirm laufen. Deine einzige Waffe ist ein Feuerball, den du durch Halten der Feuertaste auflädst – je länger gehalten, desto weiter fliegt er. Doch nur beim Herabfallen kann der Feuerball einen Gegner vernichten. Die Feuerbälle sind begrenzt, Nachschub gibt es nur bei Treffern. Drei besiegte Gegner bringen dich ins nächste Level, aber wenn ein Feind das Juwel erreicht oder du keine Feuerbälle mehr hast, ist das Spiel vorbei.

Anglais In Goodness Gracious, you control a frog-like dinosaur defending a red gem – the source of its power – on a single-screen battlefield. Hostile life-forms approach from different paths across the screen, aiming to reach the gem. Your only defense is a fireball launched by holding the fire button – the longer you hold, the farther it travels. But enemies can only be defeated as the fireball falls downward. Fireballs are limited, and more are awarded only for successful hits. After killing three enemies, you advance to the next level. If a creature touches the gem or you run out of fireballs – it's game over.
